Super Dads – How microclimates affect the biophysics of wine at the Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate

In today’s episode, I am at the Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate [ FB ] sitting down with their general manager discussing the uniqueness of how microclimates on wine production and biophysics. Why this area at face value would appear impossible to produce wine but because of some unique attributes of the microclimate some award-winning wines are produced. The microclimate is so sensitive that a mere 150 meters distance between the vines produces dramatically different wines.
